Hardware Requirements

FROG 3.0

FROG 3.0 requires at least a Pentium-class computer, running Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP. There is no Windows 3.1x version of FROG 3.0 - FROG 3.0 was compiled with Pentium optimizations in place, so that compatibility with earlier CPUs is not guaranteed. Memory requirements depend on the size of the FROG traces used - only about 1 MB of memory is used for a 128 X 128 pixel FROG trace, but the memory requirements increase as N-squared.

FROG 1.51

FROG 1.51 is available for 80486 CPUs, as well as Windows 3.1x. FROG is a 32-bit application written for Windows 95/NT. However, it will also run under Windows 3.1x with the Win32s subsystem from Microsoft installed. Feel free to email us with any questions.
